How to make a perfect eggroll

Omelets are one of my favorite foods to eat at breakfast. But how do you make them perfectly? I have tried many different recipes and methods, but none of them work. So today, I want to share some tips and tricks with you so you can make your own delicious and fluffy omelets every morning.

When making omelets, it is important to be aware that eggs can be temperamental. The eggs must be fresh from an organic source and kept at room temperature until they are ready to be cooked. If they are not kept cold enough, the whites won’t form properly. The yolks will also break down too quickly and become runny. Your omelets will look strangely colored if this happens. It is best to use room-temperature eggs if you are going to cook them right away.

Another tip is to separate each egg before adding them to the saucepan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, microwave the egg for 10 seconds before adding it to the pan. The heat from the microwave cooks the egg just enough without overcooking it.

Let's now talk about mixing eggs. Mix eggs well together. You can do this by turning the bowl of your mixer upside down. Now shake the bowl vigorously. The egg will be thoroughly mixed in the bowl as the air is whipped.

Now comes the fun part - pouring the milk into the mixture. First, pour half of the milk into the beaten eggs and then fold the eggs gently into the remaining milk. Don't worry if there are still streaks of egg visible; these streaks will disappear once you flip the omelet.

After you have folded your eggs, heat up the oil on medium heat. Wait for it to get hot. Once the oil starts getting hot, add 1/4 cup of butter to the pan and swirl it around to coat the entire surface of the pan. Open the lid and sprinkle salt on the pan. The salt will help to prevent the omelet's sticking to the pan.

Once the omelet forms, cover the pan again. Let the top side set completely. Flip the omelet with a spatula, or flip it upside down. Cook the other side for about a minute. Serve the omelet immediately by removing it from the pan.

This recipe works best with whole milk, but skimmed milk also works.
